I am really scared for my first day of 7th grade because i dont know what to wear! (details inside) HELP!?

ok, i'm 12 and i'm going to 7th grade soon. i have no idea what to wear. i mostly shop at pac sun, ae, and aero. i might also go to h%26amp;m, holister, forever 21, deLiA*s, or wet seal. during my sixth grade year we took a tour of the middle school, there were at least 5 flights of stairs we would have to climb 4 times a day so i would need comfortable shoes. Please give me links to a complete outfit that i should wear on my first day of school. including shoes and accessories (s.p?). and mybe hair style too. i have really curly (frizzy and puffy) brown hair that is abbout 3 inches past my shoulders i want to get a hair cut before school starts so how should i wear my hair? usually i straighten my hai but it takes 2 hours so sometimes i just tie it up but i dont like when its tied up.

Aww you remind me of myself when i was your age! (I am going to be a sophmore in highschool) I always used to freak out about what to wear before the first day of school. I am gonna give you some first day of school worthy outfits! (:





Outfit #1


top: Ok, so i always like my first day of school outfits to have a little summer vibe to them. So for this outfit i chose a tank top in a cute and bright pink thats bound to get you noticed. It's just a classic tank from ae.

You can wear a tank like this under the pink ae one i recommended. The lace it the top will simply peep out from under the pink tank giving it a girly vibe. If the tank has a lace trim on the bottom i would recommend covering it with the pink tank top this time, if it doesn't even better!





skirt: Nothing says summer and girly like a mini skirt! Here's a cute one from aero. If you already own a cute mini skirt you can simply use it in this outfit, just make sure its a light wash.

Shoes: Ok I love love LOVE these vans from pacsun. Girly and comfortable @ the same time. A really hard combo to find. Plus with all the cute colors on the shoe your can totally mix and match and got tons of wear out of them.

Hair: I would recommend straightened hair with a skinny white headband as in this set. All the other headband in here are totally cute too.

shoes: Your comfort issue is gonna be no problem! Flats are one of the hottest items right now. These are one of the cutest pairs or flats i have seen and they are from payless! Really affordable and really adorable!

I would suggest getting a white hair scarf for a headband and again with straight hair.





Ok hope you lke those two outfits. Ok now i have to tips for you.


#1. A great way to be unique and establish your self is to have a signiture. I personally a signiture necklace is the best. I would suggest getting a necklace with a shortish chain, going no futher than the top of your chest. You would wear the necklace everyday no matter what. Everyone will know you by this necklace it's "your thing". Since it's worn everyday it should be very neutral, so like a silver. The design should be simple. A standard locket with original twist, any other oridinal heart pendants, a star, a flower,etc... Just make it yours!





#2. To get super straight hair before an event i would recommend washing it the afternoon before. After letting it dry naturally (don't blowdry and straighten in the same day, it causes lots of damage) spend the two hours straightening it. Go to bed with it straight. In the morning when you wake up, just comb it out. You may or may not have to run the straightner through any area that began to curl again. Even if you do this would only take about 30 mins.





Have an awesome time in 7th grade, and don't forget to enjoy summer cuz school doesn't start for a little while!

freaks out about it, but your first day outfit isn't really that HUGE of a deal! I think you should wear jeans, converse, and a nice shirt. I don't know what the trends are at your school, but at my school all the girls use tote bags to carry their books. normally it's from some store like american eagle hollister or abercrombie. you don't have to do this, i would rather use a jansport backpack, but im just saying what the

Reply:Wear a nice polo shirt from Aero. Try a capri from PacSun. Vans are nice and comfortable for stairs.
Reply:okay.. go for a half ponytail or a head wrap! (i prefer haed wrap) Then just wear a cool short sleeve top and some jeans with ballet flats. *no skirts* and if its cold, wear a jackat unzipped over it!
Reply:i know relax first of all, you get used to the routine walking up and down the flight of stairs everyday so while you might want to start with comfy shoes you can then wear any type of shoes, for example at high school there are tons of stairs i started wearing tennis shoes then i felt comfortable enough to wear all types of shoes so starting my 10th grade year until my 12th i wore heels its just what you feel comfy and confident in
Reply:Well good luck in 7 grade.I know something that you can do to make your hair cute if you forget or couldnt straigten your hair.You do know where you can buy those hair ribbons?If you do wash your hair a day before school and comb it once.Then when you go to sleep and its curly, try not to mess it.If you wake up and its messy, wet your hair and comb it again.If it is curly, put it in a pony tail and add a cute ribbon.Then it will look CUTE!!
