Killing the foot pain that is killing me?

Well my class was spossed to see a play but it was canceled(wich I found out in 3rd period). So instead we went toured an old college. Amd I was wearing 2 1/2 (?) inch high heels with the cute outfit I had picked out because we were to wear dressy clothes thinking I would be on my butt all day. Well instead we had to climb a ton of stairs that lead into stuffy rooms wich increased my phobia of going down stairs(sprained ankle in 5th grade) and hay fever.

Well as soon as I got home I changed clothes and shoes(CROCS that are really broken in) and went to my doctors. And about 1 1/2 hours after my attire switch the bottom of my feet hurt to walk or move them.

It hurts on the bottm part where the boot like crease is. I know there is sore tendon there that is probaly causing this (dance is from where I know where tendons are).

Is the pain here I suspect?

How can I relive some of the pain? I haven't taken painkillers, I have just been tring to deal w/ it.

What would be the

Killing the foot pain that is killing me?
Better to look good, than to feel good

Ok.

Soak your feet in some hot water.

If you have something like IcyHot muscle rub..put that on them.

I stand up on my job all day, and I sometimes take the back massager and massage my feet.

Sounds like you have strained some tendons.

Remember your feet will hold you up the rest of your life. Be nice to them.

You dont want to end up crippled later on in life...because of cute shoes.

I worked for a shoe store once, and I bet 65% of people have feet problems.
Reply:Stay out of those shoes. High heels are to be worn for a short time when you know exactly where you will be. They are so against nature. God did not make your foot in that shape.
Reply:You need to find some other, flat, dressy shoes. Is all this torture worth it?
Reply:why suffer use the pain killers
