I'm going to work at a summer camp....looking for a cool, unique yet comfy all in one kinda shoe. The North Face W Padda's look nice overall but I'm not too pleased with their sole support. I was also looking at some of the La Sportiva shoes...but idk. Any suggestions? Please and thank you!

Looking for climbing, hiking, all in one kinda shoes?
You should look at buying approach shoes. They usually have a sole that will give you traction climbing on slabs and short vertical pitches, but they can also be worn all day because they fit like a sneaker or low-cut hiking shoe. Check out some of these sites for an idea.

The TNF Padda is a shoe designed for use in water. If you are going to be kayaking or canoeing a lot, then these would be a good idea. They are good for making portages. They aren't designed for extended use on trails and not at all intended for climbing.
